The shuttle service to the airport was convenient and timely. The room cleanliness left much to be desired. Found dirt in the corners and stains on the bedding. Breakfast had good options but ended too early at 9 AM. Staff was friendly and helpful when we checked in.

I had a great time enjoying the nearby parks and restaurants during my stay, with a lovely park just under 3 km away, making it perfect for walking and exploring, and there are several eateries within just a few minutes such as Gumbo Jeaux's and Alwadi Mediterranean Sandwiches, all contributing to an enjoyable experience; the hotel had nice, spacious rooms and served a good breakfast, but it could benefit from some renovations to enhance its overall appeal.

I can't believe how terrible this place was! Our room was a total mess-poop on the bathroom floor, a used condom in the tub, and to top it off, the staff were incredibly rude. What a nightmare!

The free shuttle service made getting to my business conference a breeze. there were definite areas that needed improvement. The hotel was in the process of renovation, so there was a lot of debris around. The room itself was outdated, with stains on the carpet and pieces missing from the ceiling. The air conditioning initially didn't work well, and even after it was supposedly fixed, it still struggled. We had to request a fan just to be comfortable enough to sleep. One major issue was the confusion at check-in regarding payment. I specifically requested to pay in cash, but was charged on my card instead. It was frustrating to be given incorrect information by a new employee. The elevators were dirty and old, and the general cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Despite the shortcomings, I do believe that once the renovation is complete, La Quinta will be able to improve and offer a more pleasant experience. The potential is there, but there is certainly room for enhancement in various areas to meet the standards of other La Quinta hotels.

we had a wonderful experience at La Quinta. the staff was incredibly helpful and the amenities were great. the pool and hot tub were clean and the back-yard was very cozy. the location is close to the airport and the breakfast served was quite nice. if you need a good place to stay before your flight, this is the place!
